What happens after I sign up?
We’ll get in touch arrange your kick-off call at a time that suits you. This is where we’ll get to know everything about you and your business, so we can write scripts that actually work!
How quickly do we get started?
Once you’ve signed up, we’ll arrange a kick off call at a time that suits you. From there, we’ll then get to work on your first 12 video scripts. The scripts should be with you within 10-14 days.
How will I communicate with the team?
You’ll have a dedicated Slack channel where you can reach us directly – no ticketing systems or waiting in a queue. We’ll be there to keep things moving and answer any questions as they come up.
How will I know when my scripts are ready?
We’ll let you know via your Slack channel as soon as your scripts are loaded into your Vidonary app. You’ll get a message each month when they’re ready to record.
How will I know when my edited video is ready?
We’ll message you in your Slack channel when the finished video has been uploaded to your Vidonary account, ready to publish.
What if I have a busy month and can't record?
Life happens, just let us know. Up to 3 scripts can roll over to the following month so they’re there waiting for you. We’d just ask that you keep on top of your recording where you can, since consistent content is what gets results.
Can I suggest topics I want to cover?
Absolutely. While our team will lead on content planning – you’re always welcome to flag ideas, upcoming launches, or things you want to address. Your kick-off call is a great place to share these.
What equipment do I need?
Nothing special. A modern smartphone records excellent quality video. During your kick-off call, we’ll go through your setup, lighting, framing, and audio, so you can get great results with what you already have.
How long should my videos be?
Our scripts are written for short-form content, typically 30–60 seconds. This is the sweet spot across most platforms, long enough to deliver a clear message, short enough to hold attention all the way through.
What exactly does the edit include?
Every edited video includes clean cuts, captions, and music, delivered in your brand colours and fonts.
How long does editing take?
Three business days from the point we receive your recorded footage.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, there is a three-month minimum commitment. We invest significant time upfront getting to know your business and building your content strategy properly, and we want to give your content the best possible chance of performing. After those first three months, your contract moves to a rolling monthly arrangement and can be cancelled with one month’s written notice.
